2018 Malbec

Our new vintage of Malbec is a BIG! While we have loved the previous few vintages of Malbec from Aloria Vineyard, this year our Malbec has crossed over from medium to very full bodied wine! Blackberry is definitely the most pronounced fruit here, both on the nose and in the taste of the wine! Would be GREAT with a loaded bagel with cream cheese and berry jam...oh, wait, that is breakfast... If you are waiting for the dinner hour to crack one of these try stuffing an herb and garlic marinated pork tenderloin with feta cheese and blackberries and put it on the grill! Also gonna be great with bacon wrapped dates or figs with stinky cheese....
