Our newest Bordeaux style blend is bombastic! 48% Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 29% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Malbec is sure to be a crowd pleaser, with rich aromas of cedar, cherry and cassis  and a bit of spice that give way to generous flavors of black cherry, blackberry and black currants. Terrific balance and complexity make this selection a real crowd pleaser, with over two years age in French Oak barrels plus two years of bottle age.

This esteemed varietal boast wonderful aromas of cherries, a floral note of violets and a touch of white peper spice and then gives elegant flavors of black cherry, blackberry and currant, followed by a long, lingering finish.

Rich aromas of blueberries, coffee, and lavender spice followed by rich, dense flavors of plums, black cherries, and blackberry jam. This is truly a monstrous wine with its abundant fruits that literally burst on the palate!

Great with leaner meats such as venison and buffalo, stinky cheeses and especially ....'shrooms!

This drinks more like a bombastic Cabernet Sauvignon.  It boasts aromas of black cherries, boysenberries and flavors of crushed blackberries, plums and a light touch of oak character, from over two years age in French Oak barrels.

There is never anything 'Petite' about our favorite dark wine! Grown on 30 year old roots, our PET has always been our favorite variety grown at our estate vineyard. This vintage features the usual rich wild berry arromas followed by wonderful flavors of blackberry and blueberry. A perfect match for Lamb Chops, a Hearty Ribeye, or special Chocolate Brownies (made with wine of course)   

Our Rhone-style white blend is made up of 67% Roussanne and 33% Viognier from our own Cherokee Creek Estate Vineyard, and so continues our tradition of combining the two white grapes we grow, giving lemongrass, honey, and floral aromas followed by flavors of quince, stonefruit, and coconut.
