2019 Malbec
The Malbec grape originates in the Bordeaux region of Frrance, wher it has been used for blending, and also been the principal grape rown in Argentina. In the Sierra Foothills, warm days, cool nights and low humidity make the ideal climate for Malbec. Rich aromas of blueberries, coffee, and lavender spice followed by rich, dense flavors of plums, black cherries, and blackberry jam. Great with leaner meats such as venison and buffalo, stinky cheeses and especially ...'shrooms!
