2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
Calaveras County's warm days and cool nights, along with a predictably warm harvest season allow great flavors in our Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are planted on a slope that gives a maritime influence, which gives optiumun balance of ripeness and acidity. Complex aromas of casis, cherries, and cedar give way to concentrated flavors of blackcurrant and black cherry, framed with a mocha nuance. This characteristic blew us away and also the Orange County Wine critics!

Production notes
These grapes came in late this season and were a "B". They were bottled late...... but in the end developed a chocolate characteristic.
