2020 La Calavera
La Calavera means "The Skull" thus the Benitoite Skull speciman on the label. Our favorite 'Latin' blend of Malbec and Tempranillo, which is co-fermented, meaning the grapes were blended together prior to fermentation. This allows chemistry of these varieties to intermingle at the earliest stage of winemaking, rather than blending them as seperate wines at a later date. This wine is perfect for tapas and lightly spicy dishes!
